INCA AND TEDS DELIVERY OPTIONS

 To ensure our customers receive their new purchase as quickly as possible we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of their order being placed.

UK Delivery Options: Standard & Express

Standard UK delivery

All standard Royal Mail deliveries are Free of Charge and will require a signature.  They will arrive between 7am – 7pm.  Allow 3-5 days to arrive. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight

Express UK next day delivery

Next day delivery can be arranged at £10. (this excludes orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during weekend or on a bank holiday. These orders will be processed on the next working day for delivery the next day)

We cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions issued by the customer. If you give instructions requesting a parcel to be left in an alternative location, we cannot accept responsibility if you do not receive your parcel.

Please note: Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by our delivery carriers. 

During peak times, deliveries can take up to 7 working days.

Large Item Delivery

Large or fragile items that cannot be delivered via our UK standard and express delivery methods. Will incur different delivery costs dependant on the size of the item. International Delivery

At present Inca & Teds do not offer international deliveries but welcome enquiries via email

Inca & Teds Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at https://www.Incaandteds.co.uk.We hope you liked your purchase however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You are able to return goods for exchange or refund within 14 days of when you received it. We would ask that you notify us before returning the product either by email or telephone. All returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in and in the original packaging with your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are returning a fragile item please ensure that it is securely packaged. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your return as we cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit.

All customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Large Items

If the item you are returning is large and we delivered to you by a courier, we will arrange collection of your item. However please be aware the customer is liable for the cost to return the item and this will be deducted from their refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event of your item arriving faulty and or damaged please ensure you contact us immediately by email or call us 07788199261 In these cases of faulty or damaged goods we will refund return delivery costs.

International Delivery

At present Inca & Teds do not offer international deliveries but welcome enquiries via email

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, notify you that we have received your returned

Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund once the inspection of the item is completed.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
